JavaScript Utility Suite is a programming tool for users of Windows PCs.

When you need a programming utility, you really only need it to be able to do a few things. You need it to work well. You need it to work quickly. Above all else, though, you need it to work reliably. While there are many programs out there that do one of the three, it's nice to have something available that does all three at once. This JavaScript Utility Suite is relatively quick, but it works well and is always reliable. If you're looking for a programming tool, this is a good fit.

This tool set is a bit of a mixed bag, though. On one hand, it does everything it sets out to do very well. All of the commands are available with a click of the button, and there's virtually no learning curve. Unfortunately, the program was also last updated in 2006 - so the issues that it sets out to tackle really aren't that prevalent any longer. This is a long-outdated tool that's not just ignoring some very real modern issues, but that also might have some trouble running on more modern operating systems. This is a shame because it did work very well.

So, should you download this program? If you have an older OS, and you need a JavaScript utility, it's not a bad choice. If you're working on a newer computer or have specific needs, though, you'll probably want to look elsewhere. This program is a very good example of why it's important to keep up to date with programming utilities. You simply never know when things are going to change.
